The double room was gorgeous, with a canal view. the room included a shower and a hair dryer. - the hotel is in a central area near Piazza San Marco. Rewritten: The double room at Casa Pisani Canal in Venice is absolutely beautiful, offering a stunning canal view. Not only does it come equipped with a shower and a hair dryer, but the hotel's prime location by Piazza San Marco adds to its charm. It's so convenient to wander over to the bustling center and explore all the main tourist spots within just a short five-minute stroll.

The junior suite was a nice size and romantic, with a safe, a minibar, and central heating. The location of the hotel was central, just next door to the main tourist areas, a grocery store and Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square.

we had a guest room with a view to the canal. the location was perfect, at a medium distance from doge's palace.
Some of the staff were absolutely rude.

The hotel was in a great location, close to everything. The rooms were very nice and very clean. Staff isn't onsite (they're located at their sister hotel) but we didn't have any problems during our stay so it wasn't an issue.
The only thing that I was disappointed with is that they messed up our reservation a bit. I had reserved a junior suite with a balcony but when we got there it was given to someone else. It was available on our second night (we were only staying 2 nights) and they offered to give it to us but I didn't feel like repacking and moving all our stuff. The staff was very apologetic and charged us accordingly for the room we did have.

We especially liked the canal view and the comfort of the room. It was beautifully decorated and the daily breakfast was good.
The location. The hotel was hard to find but not so bad after we became acquainted with the area. The long flight upstairs wasn't too fun, especially with heavy suitcases. The hotel doesn't have staff on hand so they only time we saw anyone was when we called to check in and at breakfast.

Not much...first of all the hotel was misrepresented as to its proximity in Venice to all other locations. Very difficult to find, with no help from the staff ( which was one woman) as to how to find the hotel. When we finally got close, we called and she said she would meet us in the square. We asked if she could please tell us how to find the hotel and we would make our way, but she would not give us that information. After waiting in the square for 45 minutes, we called again, and she said that she was in the square but could not find us. Again, we asked for directions, but she said that she would lock up and come to meet us. She arrived 30 minutes later and we entered our rooms, with no air conditioning. Very unhappy !!!
There was no one in the hotel if you needed anything, such as towels, toilet tissue, or anything else that might occur where you would need some help. There is no one there to help with your luggage, you have to carry bags up two flights of steps to get to your room. Our plane was leaving very early in the morning, and they did set-up an appointment for a water taxi, which was to meet us at 5:00 A.M. When we came down the steps, at 4:30, the owner was there rushing us out in an extremely rude manner, only concerned with getting his key. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Felt like living in a little Italian town away from all the tourists. Just as good as the Cinque Terre villages. We really loved the mountain views, birds singing and the church bells ringing. The restaruant underneath had good food and there was a little bar just up the road. We had a little trouble finding the hotel along the narrow roads but it was well worth the trip.
